Return and Refund, Broken Jar Policy

Unfortunately since we ship food products we can not allow returns.

  1. REFUNDS: Refunds will be given on a Case by Case basis. 
  2. RETURNS: Returns are not allowed on food items. 
  3. BROKEN JARS: If a jar is delivered broken please accept the delivery. We will need pictures of the outside of box, inside of box from top and picture of broken jar. We try to get refunds for our shipping costs. We can only do that if we have pictures. So you will be helping us out tremendously. No matter what we will send a new shipment. We reserve the right to refund the item and not send out a replacement.
  4. SHIPPING: We ship on Fridays only. If your order comes in on Sat - Thursday it will be shipped the following Friday. If your order comes in before 10am on friday we will do our best to ship it out that day.
